We discovered that Grand Rapids, MI is the Bingo capital of America. What is it's Canadian counterpart?

Winnipeg, Manitoba.  

Winnipeg reportedly has one Bingo hall for every 19,000 residents.  Even the smoking ban has not dissuaded these Bingo enthusiasts, with attendance not having dropped since the ban.   

Now the question remains - What city is the Bingo capital of Europe?
