Bingo has a language of it's very own with which many online Bingo players may not be totally familiar. Do you know what a "mushroom" is? (And no, I'm not talking about the tasty fungus.) Check out some of the Bingo terminology below. You can pepper it in conversations and wow your friends. Or confuse them.
Mushroom - Bingo players often sit around the mushroom to play; it has a narrow tubular base and wide head.
Blower - A forced air device that mixes the Bingo balls and dispenses them to the caller.
Hardway Bingo - Bingo in a straight line without the use of the free space.
Parti - A type of Bingo where the prize is cash and depends on the number of players; short for "participation Bingo."
Quickie - A game when numbers are called as quickly as possible and the card must be full to win - Get your mind out of the gutter!
